Phone Calls Outside Business Hours
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, DIAL 911.
If you are experiencing urgency related to your current health plan and must speak to our coaches after hours, call 208-430-0540 and leave a detailed message. This service is for established patients only and is not meant as a replacement for urgent care or to address new concerns.
Calls to this after-hours coach line are charged at the following rate plus $30.00. The charge time is based on the time spent in consultation and the coach's time required to respond. "Respond" time includes the time spent writing correspondence, consultation,, completing chart notes, creating a plan, etc.
- Less than 15 minutes – $50.00 plus $30.00 activation fee
- 15-25 minutes – $100.00 plus $30.00 activation fee
- Greater than 25 minutes - charged at the same rate as clinic visits plus $30.00 activation fee
*This service is not covered by insurance.
