As health coaches, we want to ensure that you understand and acknowledge that we are not medical doctors. We do not possess the medical qualifications  to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, or prescribe or manage prescription medications for any medical condition. 

We encourage you to seek the advice and support of your medical doctor prior to embarking on new lifestyle changes if you have current medical needs or constraints, are taking prescription drugs, or are pregnant or nursing.

Our primary focus as your health coaches is to support you in achieving optimal health and well-being while promoting a holistic approach to health. Each of the coaches have a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from formal and informal education, continued study and learning, and experience. We guide you in your health decisions through providing information, education, direction, and motivation to help you make informed decisions about your lifestyle, nutrition, and other self-care practices, but ultimately the choice is yours.
