Our Holistic Health Coaches pride themselves on providing personal, one-on-one attention in a relaxed and caring atmosphere. A typical initial visit will begin by talking with your health coach about your current concerns and your health history. Your blood pressure, pulse, and respirations will be taken. Depending on the results of your health history; scans, lab tests, and muscle testing may be used to gain further insight into your health. Following the results, your health coach will work with you to develop a comprehensive and sustainable health plan.

We understand that your time is valuable and we do our best to be efficient and on time with every appointment but that is not always going to be possible. We ask for your patience but you are welcome to check in with us if you feel you are not being attended to in a timely manner.

IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR AN IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT, WE ASK THE FOLLOWING:

• Do not bring others to your visits unless necessary. A guardian or translator is essential but others can be distracting and take away from your care.
• Be free of viral-related symptoms and exposure. If you have symptoms such as a runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath or other symptoms that cannot be attributed to another medical condition, we ask that you change your appointment to a virtual encounter.
